Your individual circumstances will determine which type of advice you require, either general or limited advice. There is no additional cost to members for either advice.
General advice is guidance in relation to your super account and does not take into account your personal objectives, financial circumstances or needs. It is provided by customer service staff or relationship managers.
Limited advice available from qualified financial planners over the phone to help you make decisions about, for example, making contributions, selecting investments, or choosing insurance cover in relation to your Prime Super account.
