Superannuation Clearing House

Use the Superannuation Clearing House (SCH)* to submit your payments and employee super records to multiple super funds in one step. To sign-up for the Clearing House, simply follow the prompts in your EmployerOnline account.

SCH is a SuperStream compliant service that allows you to pay your super contributions in a single online payment, regardless of the number of super funds you are paying to.

SuperStream is a government initiative which outlines that businesses must pay employee superannuation guarantee contributions online to super funds. With SuperStream, money and data are sent electronically in a standard format.

SuperStream transmits money and information consistently across the super system - between employers, funds, service providers and the ATO. The data is linked to the payment by a unique payment reference number.

If you have to make payments for your employees to super funds other than Prime Super, use the Clearing House to submit all contributions and employee data in one place.

How it works

Simply make one payment together with the relevant data and the clearinghouse will allocate the super contributions to your employees in one easy step.

To start using the clearinghouse, log in to your EmployerOnline account and follow the clearinghouse prompts.
