Terms and Conditions
1. This information on prizes and how to enter forms part of the Terms and Conditions of Entry.

3. The competition commences Sunday, 1 March 2026 at 7:00am AEDT time and concludes Thursday, 30 April 2026 at 11:59pm AEST time (“Competition Period”).
4. To be eligible to enter the prize draw you must be
- an existing Prime Super member
- aged 18 years or over and under 75 years
- with an accumulation account and an Australian resident as at 1 March 2026 and consolidate another super fund account into your Prime Super account before the end of the Promotion Period.
5. The competition is not open to Prime Super members who:
- are aged under 18 years or aged 75 years or older
6. Go to primesuper.com.au/pds for a copy of the Product Disclosure Statement, Member Guide and TMD. Before consolidating your funds, you should be aware that you will lose insurance and other benefits that you have with those other funds. The information in relation to the benefits of consolidating multiple accounts is general in nature and does not take into account your particular objectives, needs or financial situation. Before making a decision regarding the consolidation of superannuation accounts or the acquisition or disposal of a financial product, you should assess whether the information or advice is appropriate to your objectives, needs or financial situation. You may wish to make this assessment yourself or seek the help of an adviser. Prime Super takes no responsibility for you acting on the information provided. Any decision that you make is at your own risk. Before acquiring a financial product you should obtain a Product Disclosure Statement (“PDS”) and Target Market Determination (“TMD”) relating to that product and consider the contents of the PDS and TMD before making a decision about whether to acquire, dispose or continue to hold products on this website.
7. Directors, management, employees and contractors of the Promoter or its related companies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the competition.
8. Roll-ins from other superannuation funds are subject to various legal requirements and time frame requirements, that can be extended in certain circumstances. The Promoter accepts no responsibility if there is a delay on processing roll-ins from other superannuation funds or otherwise for lost, late, illegible, or misdirected entries.
9. Prize: The 6 prize winners will each receive a $500 VISA Gift Card. The prize is not redeemable for cash and is non-refundable.
10. Participation in this competition is free and eligible Prime Super members who consolidate their superannuation from another superannuation fund into Prime Super during the Competition Period will automatically be entered into the competition. A maximum of one entry per participant is permitted and only one prize per participant can be won.
11. The competition: This is a game of chance. Six winners will be randomly selected from the eligible entries by a Prime Super staff member. There is no fee or cost for entry. The prize draw will take place on Wednesday 27 May 2026 at 2.00pm AEST time at the office of Prime Super, Level 24, 500 Collins Street Melbourne VIC 3000.
12. The prize-winners will be notified by phone and in writing using contact details on their account within 96 hours of the prize being drawn and be provided with information about redeeming their prize. Unless otherwise requested in writing within 96 hours of notification, the winners’ names and post codes will be published on the Prime Super website at primesuper.com.au.
13. In case of a dispute, the Promoter reserves the right to determine the outcome but, in any event, will award the prize.
14. Unclaimed prize - If the winner(s)forfeits the prize, provides contact information that is invalid or is unable to be contacted within a fortnight for any other reason, a re-draw will occur. The re-draw prize selection process will take place on Wednesday 10 June 2026 at 2.00pm AEST time at the offices of Prime Super, Level 24, 500 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000. The winner(s)will be notified immediately by phone and in writing. Unless otherwise requested in writing within 96 hours of notification, the name(s) and postcode(s) of the re‑drawn winner or winners will be published on the Prime Super website at primesuper.com.au.
15. Entries may, at the Promoter’s discretion, be declared void if not submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
16. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries become property of the Promoter.
17. The Promoter, its contractors, employees, and agents, will not be liable for claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs, and expenses suffered, sustained, or incurred (including but not limited to indirect/consequential loss and excess contributions tax) as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected with the competition &/or its prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
18. If for any reason any aspect of this Competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
19. Entry shall be deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
Privacy Notice: Your personal information is collected so that we can administer this prize draw. If you do not give us your personal information you cannot enter the prize draw. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other party (except our agents, contractors, and appointed service providers for the purposes of administering Prime Super and your account). Unless you specifically decline, we may use your personal information to send you information about Prime Super. You may request access to your personal information while it is stored by us and we will assess your request as required by law. Reasons will be given if access is denied. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the office of the Promoter.
