It has your member number, BPAY details to aid making additional contributions and allows you to email your super details directly to your employer which makes keeping your Prime Super account event easier when you start a new job.*If you're an Android user you may need to download the PassWallet App to access your Digital Member Card. For iPhone users this will save to your wallet.

We've launched the new handy Digital Member Card to make keeping your Prime Super account when you change jobs even easier. Simply download the card straight to your mobile phone today and show this to your new employer.
We also have a Choice of Fund form available to you, simply pass this on to your Employer for them to start making contributions to your Prime Super account.

Where can I download the App?
The app is available in the Apple App Store for iPhone users, and the Google Play store for Android users.
Who can use the app?
All members of Prime Super as long as they are registered for a MemberOnline account.
Is there a cost to download the app?
No, the app is free to download from both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Is the data I’m viewing ‘current’?
Yes, your estimated account balance, transaction information and insurance details are current.
What happens if my device is stolen – will someone be able to access my account?
Another person would need your log in details including member number/username and password in order to access your account. You should always call us in the event your device is lost or stolen so we can reset your password as an added level of security.
I am getting too many notifications, how do I change this?
You can turn off push notifications for the app in your phone Settings menu.
What to do if the app unexpectedly quits, stops responding or won’t open
- Restart the App – close the app and open it again
- Restart your device – turn your device off and back on
- Check for iOS/Android operating system updates
- Check for app updates
- Delete and re-install the app.
What happens when I buy a new phone?
You will need to re-download the app and set up a 4-digit PIN code again.
When the app is updated, will I need to reset my 4-digit PIN?
The device will remember your details after any automatic app update. However, if you delete the app and re-install, you will need to set-up a 4-digit PIN again.
How do I set-up a 4-digit PIN, fingerprint, or facial recognition
Tap Account > App settings > Manage PIN and Fingerprint. Here you can enable a PIN, fingerprint or facial recognition. This will prompt you to set up your chosen method.
