With almost half of all Australians experiencing mental illness at some stage in their lifetime, Prime Super decided to do something to reduce the huge toll this was taking on our members’ ability to reach a healthy and financially secure retirement.

We know that having more fulfilled, engaged and cohesive teams plays a major part in improving the culture, productivity and success of organisations. Therefore, SuperFriend works with employers to create positive environments where all employees can thrive through their suite of mental health and wellbeing programs and resources, which are free or heavily subsidised for employers associated with Prime Super. This includes:

  • Webinars, designed to assist employers on their journey to creating a mentally healthy workplace
  • Practical workplace programs such as Wellbeing Works, a 90-minute, interactive workshop to help organisations assess the mental wellbeing of your workplace, identifies key strengths and development opportunities and provides an action plan with recommended next steps
  • Monthly eNewsletter which provides simple workplace wellbeing tips and advice - sign up here
  • Promoting Positive Mental Health in the Workplace, a best-practice guide for managers on how to create a positive working environment where all staff can thrive.
