Important message for members and employers

We're undergoing a major systems upgrade

As you may be aware, we're going through a major systems upgrade as we move the administration of member and employer records to a new service provider.

During the upgrade you will have limited access to your online services account. Please see below to find out how the upgrade will affect you.

We expect the upgrade to be completed by 9 January 2012.

Members

Members will be unable to:

  • View their account balance via online services member account. This means that during the upgrade, member’s account balances will be as at 15 December 2011. 
  • Use their online account to make a contribution, update their contact details, make an investment switch, update a beneficiary or change their insurance cover. 
  • Receive confirmation over the phone or online that employer or personal contributions have been made to their account.
  • Receive benefit quotes – either online or over the phone, or have any withdrawal requests processed until after 16 January 2012.
  • Have paper applications for investment switches or insurance changes processed until after 16 January 2012. We are still able to receive members’ forms, we just won’t be able to process it. If a member makes an investment switch during this period, the effective date of the switch will be 1 January 2012 for forms received in December 2011 and 1 February 2012 for forms received in January 2012.

Members will need to change their online services password after 1 January 2012

When members login to their secure member account after 1 January 2012 (using their current login details), they will be prompted to change your password.

Employers

Employers will be unable to:

  • Use their secure online account to update their contact details, their employees’ contact details and add or remove employees.
  • Use their secure online account to make contributions to their employees’ super. To make super contributions during this period they will need to fill in a Contribution Payment Form (you can download it from our website) and send it to us. Employers should call us if they want to make their payment by EFT or BPAY.
