Article Date: September 9 2004 On 9th September 2004 the Tasmanian Industrial Commission approved the nomination of Prime Super on the following Tasmanian Industrial Relations Awards:
Where employers are required to contribute superannuation in terms of an arrangement specified in a State Industrial Award, they will, in those instances, be exempt from offering employees a choice. The fund nominated on the award will also be the default fund. |
