Members and Employers will be sent a newsletter in early February which will contain details of the enhanced services available as a result of this change of Administrator. During the “Transition” phase, while information transfers are taking place between the respective administrators, members and employers may only be able to access limited information in relation to their accounts. The Trustee will ensure that the “Transition” process is managed carefully and efficiently and will provide regular updates via the website as major services are brought back “on-line”.
