News: News Archives: Pillar Administration Welcomed as New Fund Administrator

The Fund Trustee is pleased to advise members and employers that Pillar Administration has been chosen as the new Administration provider to the fund. Pillar will take over all administrative functions from COB on 31 December, 2003 . Calls to the "1800-number" phone and fax service will not suffer any interruption in service. For a period, mail addressed to the Fund at GPO Box 2948, Melbourne, VIC 3000 will be re-directed by Australia Post to the fund’s new address at PO Box 2229, Wollongong, NSW 2500.

Members and Employers will be sent a newsletter in early February which will contain details of the enhanced services available as a result of this change of Administrator.

During the “Transition” phase, while information transfers are taking place between the respective administrators, members and employers may only be able to access limited information in relation to their accounts.

The Trustee will ensure that the “Transition” process is managed carefully and efficiently and will provide regular updates via the website as major services are brought back “on-line”.
