If you are making payments to Prime Super for the first time, all you have to do is complete a member application form and return it to is along with your first payment.
If you are going to make contributions on behalf of any employees or contractors that you may have, you will need to complete an employer application form.

If you are making contributions on behalf of employees then you will need to let us know within 24 hours how each contribution payment is to be allocated to each employee. You can do this by completeing an employee schedule.
You can authorise us to debit your account for the amount you intend to contribute. Simply fill in the direct debit form and return it to us.
If you intend to make annual contributions or contribute at irregular times, we will supply you with contribution returns to use at your convenience.
For ongoing contribution payments for employees you will receive quarterly contribution return notices from us to remind you when the payments are due.
