There are two ways that you can become a member of Prime Super and start making super contributions:
Simply read our Short-Form PDS, complete a member application form and a personal contributions payment form and send it to us. Or if you have an accountant or bookkeeper that controls your financial matters, you can instruct them to set you up an account with us.
How do I get the best out of my Prime Super fund?
As a member of our fund we want you to get the most out of the services we provide.We offer an excellent insurance package which can be tailored to suit your needs.
You are automatically provided with default cover – however this may not be exactly what you require. For a detailed description of all our insurance options, please read our insurance cover section.
Are you on the best investment plan for your needs?
We have various investment options for you. If you do not choose an investment option you will automatically be placed in the default option. Please note that we strongly advise you to seek professional financial advice before making a decision of this nature.
Did you instruct someone to join you on your behalf?
If you did we may not have all of your personal details. Please take the time to complete your personal details online. If you have difficulty entering this information online please contact us.
If you would like to nominate a person or persons to receive your death benefit should you die while a member of the Fund, please complete either a Nomination of beneficiaries form and send it back to us. You can use the form to nominate a preferred or binding beneficiary. More information on beneficiaries can be found in our nominating a beneficiary section.

We are delighted that you have chosen Prime Super. Your application will be processed and you will be issued with a member number and a membership card. Once you have a client number you can start to pay contributions into your account which will earn interest.
