Prime Super Online is an internet based solution that allows you to manage all your employees’ contribution payments, access and edit member information and upload and download member records, payment history and edit employment status.
The electronic transfer of your employee information to Prime Super offers an efficient and reliable way to process your contribution payments directly to your employees’ member accounts. There are four options available to you for transferring information electronically:
This facility allows you to directly input your current employee and payment information via our website. You can also add new members or terminate former employees, save and print data. It’s a record-keeping tool for your own business. This is more suited to smaller employers who have internet access and, combined with EFT or direct debit facilities, provides an easy free way to keep your employees’ super simple and on track.
For those larger employers with payroll systems that do not generate superannuation files, we can provide you with an already formatted Excel spreadsheet for you to upload and update. You can then save the records for you own use before downloading.
Another option is to use the workbook to enter data from your own Excel records. The workbook checks your data, summarises, displays and saves your records.
These two possibilities will reduce the time and effort involved in making your superannuation contributions and they also combine the convenience of working with EFT or direct debit to virtually automate the process end to end.
If you have more than 20 employees, you may prefer to download payroll data from your own database to Prime Super Online. There is help provided to ensure your software records are compatible with Prime Super’s flexible administration.
With this option we provide you with a contribution spreadsheet which you can upload to your PC. You can then work off-line, creating your member and payment records, before downloading it to us.
