Payment options

We understand the time and complexities involved in meeting your SG and other super payment obligations. As well as calculating the correct contribution amount, you are required to support your payment with employee data so that you can be sure that we allocate those contributions to members’ accounts correctly. The complexity of this task can vary depending on the number of your employees, the types of contributions being paid (SG, personal, salary sacrifice, etc) and even the nature of your workforce.

Supporting your payment with employee data

We understand that one size doesn’t fit all, so we have made options available depending on your operational preferences. That is why we have a range of options available to help make this job easier for you.

We have options to suit the needs of all types of businesses.

Sending us your contribution payment

You have four options for sending your payment:

1. Cheque

If you are using a paper-based option like the Prime Super contribution payment form, you can easily attach a cheque to the form and forward it to us. All cheques should be made payable to Prime Super.

2. BPAY

You make your contribution payments quickly and securely with BPAY. You must be registered for internet or phone banking and you'll also need your Prime Super Biller Code and Customer Reference Number. You can find these details on your online employer services account or by calling us on 1800 675 839.

3. Direct debit

You can authorise us to debit your bank account for the amount of the contribution you need to pay. This may not be the same amount each time as it allows us to debit your bank account (only) for the amount of the contribution you have reconciled on your Contribution Payment Form each month or quarter.

To get started you will need to complete a direct debit request form.

4. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

EFT is a payment tool that has become popular for the transfer of money between individuals and businesses. It is done using your bank’s website so you will need to be registered to use your bank’s internet banking facilities.

It is important that you always include your employer reference number in the reference section of the EFT payment (on your bank’s website). Otherwise it may take us time to match the money to the payment details you have sent to us.

Please note that some banks impose daily limits on the amount of money you can EFT without prior arrangement.  Please check your arrangement with your bank.

When setting up an EFT please use the following details:

Account name National Nominees Limited ANF Prime Super Pty Limited as Trustee for Prime Super
BSB number 064000
Account number 10482771
Payment reference Your employer number
