Recent improvements to the member services section of the website mean that you can now advise us of changes that you wish to make to your investment strategy on line.
The online process is simple, as simple as ABC:
The acknowledgement includes a confirmation of the time and date that the requested change was received. Please note however that the actual change to your investments will only become effective when the switches are processed on the first of the following month.
Other online functions also now include advice of your Tax File Number and confirmation of changes to your personal details such as address, contact information etc.
They will also include a similar acknowledgement of your instructions (including a time and date stamp).
